1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Responsibilities

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your fb772 wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• fb772 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit source must match the name on your fb772 account.
• fb772 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals require full KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically settled within the same business day.
• fb772 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds as part of AML compliance obligations under Philippine law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the fb772 platform, across all verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and bingo:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fb772 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fb772 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, audio, video, software, and data compilations — is the property of fb772 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fb772 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

fb772's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

fb772 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine AMLA provisions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their bank or payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion responsible gaming tool.
• As directed by PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests for verified real-money funds will be processed in the normal course, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-restricted winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for cause. Players who voluntarily close their accounts in good standing may request withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance at any time.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the fb772 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fb772's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be waived by contract.
